| Overall durability has been increased by new design and manufacturing techniques which included stress analysis and computer design Outstanding Under carriage Durability : With the longest track length in it's class and the lowest ground height Solar-V series affords excellent stability and low ground
and low ground pressure for all conditions.
Increased Equipment Safety : The safety level of Solar-V series has been increased by moving the lower carriage rollers and sprocket locations to the lowest position to improve stability during operation. Stronger Front Section : Boom rear bosses are manufactured by unibody casting methods to increase durability. The design includes bucket link durability and anti wear characteristics. Front Pipe Design : Pipe weld quality and fluid flow used Tig welding techniques resulting in longer pipe life. Strengthened Boom : Through stress analysis and endurance testing, the boom frame's rear/central/bracket sections have been manufactured for the optimum life expectancy by using unibody casting to prevent cracking. Arm Assembly : Critical components have been strengthened through stress analysis. All areas around the boss have castings and are reinforced resulting in additional durability and strength. Increased Cylinder Durability : Cylinder cushioning devices have been designed for extra protection for the hydraulic system. Chrome Plated Pin and Wider Bushings : Greatly increased the main boom pin inside diameter and the bushing diameter let the entire front end improve its life. A Strong and More Stable Undercarriage as a Result of Stress Analysis Design (FEM) and Innovative Manufacturing Techniques : The strong X-shaped lower frame is a unibody, cross sectional design, structurally enhanced to provide excellent durability.
